COUPLES THERAPY

At Renewal Counseling and Wellness, we understand the challenges that couples face in their relationships. Our skilled therapists are here to help guide you through the ups and downs of your relationship. Our couples counseling services provide a comfortable and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions together. We believe that every couple can achieve a deeper level of intimacy and connection through therapy, and we are dedicated to helping you achieve this goal. Pricing for couples counseling ranges from $125-$150 per session.

Individual Therapy

At Renewal Counseling and Wellness, we provide individual behavioral health therapy for those struggling with mental health and addiction issues. Our practice is rooted in evidenced based practices and we use specialized treatment plans to help our clients, regardless of age, achieve their goals. Our approach is centered around compassion and creating a judgement-free zone where clients can feel comfortable to explore their emotions and their challenges with our qualified therapists. Our therapist bring their specialized training and expertise to work with children, adolescents, and adults throughout the lifespan. Pricing for individual therapy ranges from $100-$175 per hour. We are in network with several insurances.

EMDR INTENSIVES

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) intensives offer a focused approach to trauma treatment by providing longer, more concentrated periods of therapy than the traditional weekly 60-minute session. This extended format creates dedicated time for assessment, preparation, stabilization, trauma processing, and integration, reducing the need to repeatedly open and close trauma work because of time constraints. EMDR intensives may be particularly helpful for individuals who have specific traumatic experiences, triggers, beliefs, or symptoms they would like to address, or who may benefit from engaging in focused trauma work over a shorter period of time. Longer sessions can provide greater continuity in the therapeutic process while still allowing time for grounding, resourcing, breaks, and regulation based on each client’s individual needs and readiness. For appropriate clients, this format may support more efficient progress toward identified treatment goals while complementing ongoing psychotherapy and other supports. EMDR intensives are not intended to rush trauma processing; rather, they provide protected therapeutic time for deeper, individualized trauma work at a pace that prioritizes safety, stabilization, and the client’s capacity for processing.

GROUP THERAPY

Our group therapy options are designed to provide individuals with the support and guidance they need to overcome their mental health challenges. Our mental health groups offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and support one another. Our mindfulness based stress reduction groups teach individuals techniques to manage stress and develop more positive coping mechanisms. Our DBT groups offer a more structured approach to therapy, helping individuals learn practical skills to manage their emotions and communicate more effectively.
