COUPLES THERAPY

At Renewal Counseling and Wellness, we understand the challenges that couples face in their relationships. Our skilled therapists are here to help guide you through the ups and downs of your relationship. Our couples counseling services provide a comfortable and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions together. We believe that every couple can achieve a deeper level of intimacy and connection through therapy, and we are dedicated to helping you achieve this goal. Pricing for couples counseling ranges from $125-$150 per session.

Individual Therapy

At Renewal Counseling and Wellness, we provide individual behavioral health therapy for those struggling with mental health and addiction issues. Our practice is rooted in evidenced based practices and we use specialized treatment plans to help our clients achieve their goals. Our approach is centered around compassion and creating a judgement-free zone where clients can feel comfortable to explore their emotions and their challenges with our qualified therapists. Pricing for individual therapy ranges from $100-$175 per hour. We are in network with several insurances.

Holistic Healing Seminars

Explore our collaborative partnership offerings with holistic healers. Renewal Counseling and Wellness partners with energy healers, reiki masters, yoga instructors, mediums, and wellness practitioners. Please see our event page for more information.

GROUP THERAPY

Our group therapy options are designed to provide individuals with the support and guidance they need to overcome their mental health challenges. Our mental health groups offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and support one another. Our mindfulness based stress reduction groups teach individuals techniques to manage stress and develop more positive coping mechanisms. Our DBT groups offer a more structured approach to therapy, helping individuals learn practical skills to manage their emotions and communicate more effectively.
